Filing 11 ORDER - Plaintiffs Kenneth Lamar Scott, Jr. and Juan Charles Levon Scott are therefore DISMISSED; the clerk shall update the docket accordingly. The clerk shall update Plaintiff Kenneth Scott's name to Kenneth Scott III. Mr. Scott has filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis but did not include the required institution trust account statement for the six-month period preceding the filing of his complaint on November 27, 2020. Dkt. 9; see dkt. 8 (citing 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2)). Mr. Scott shall file the statement by February 26, 2021. Filing 8 ORDER - For this case to proceed, therefore, each Plaintiff SHALL FILE by January 8, 2021 a signed statement identifying their full name, address, whether they are prisoners, and whether they choose to maintain this case. This case will be dismissed without prejudice as to any Plaintiff who does not respond.
