ENTRY - Plaintiff shall have through January 19, 2021 in which to either pay the $402.00 filing fee for this action or demonstrate that he lacks the financial ability to do so by submitting an affidavit setting forth the assets he possesses and indicating that he is unable to prepay the fee. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a). Should Mr. Taylor seek leave to proceed without prepaying the filing fee, he shall use the form attached to this Entry. He must also attach to the form a copy of his prison trust account statement showing transactions for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this request and showing the current balance of his account. The failure to comply with this order will result in the dismissal of this matter without prejudice without further notice. The Court also notes that Plaintiff WAJR/RYVL, LLC is not currently represented by counsel, but that Mr. Taylor identifies himself as the "Founder and CEO" of WAJR/RYVL, LLC. Mr. Taylor is advised that "[a] person who is not a lawyer can represent only himself in court," and that "[a] non-lawyer...cannot represent a...limited liability company (LLC) in federal court even if the person is the owner of the company...." Dylan Donald Tallman v. R.N. A. Rowin-Fox, 2020 WL 6946559, at *4 (E.D. Wis. 2020). In order for WAJR/RYVL, LLC to participate in this litigation, it must be represented by counsel.
