CLOSED TRANSFER. ORDER TRANSFERRING ACTION TO THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF KENTUCKY Plaintiff Michael Gilmore, Jr. is currently an inmate at the Henderson County Detention Center in Henderson, Kentucky. In this lawsuit, he sues the Detention Center and two of its employees alleging that his civil rights have been violated.
