ENTRY Directing Further Proceedings - On February 11, 2021, the Court ordered the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of Eighteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($18.00) by March 10, 2021. See dkt. #5 . The deadline to do so has passed, and the plaintiff has failed to pay the fee or otherwise respond. Therefore, the plaintiff shall have through April 16, 2021, to pay the initial partial filing fee or show cause why this action should not be dismissed.
