ORDER granting Jeffrey L. Hedges' #2 Motion to Appear pro hac vice on behalf of Plaintiff STACY L. CORNWELL - This case is before the court on the motion for Jeffrey L. Hedges to appear pro hac vice on behalf of plaintiff (Dkt. #2 ). The motion states, "A check in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) in payment of the administrative fees required to process this motion for admission pro hac vice has been submitted to the Clerk of this Court." To date, however, the payment has not yet been received. Therefore, the court GRANTS Jeffrey L. Hedges leave to appear pro hac vice in this case on behalf of plaintiff, provided the $100.00 administrative fee is paid by February 16, 2021. The court FURTHER ORDERS that Jeffrey L. Hedges register as a user of the court's electronic case filing system by February 16, 2021. Failure to register could result in the revocation of his admission pro hac vice. Copy to Jeffrey L.
