Plaintiff appears to allege that he is entitled to receive stimulus payments pursuant to an injunction issued in a class action in the Northern District of California, Scholl v. Mnuchin, No. 4:20-cv-5309-PJH. The judge in that case retains jurisdiction over that matter for purposes of enforcing its injunction. (Dkt. 184).
