ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO SHOW CAUSE - Mr. Boyd shall have through April 2, 2021, to show cause why this action should not be dismissed as moot. Failure to do so in the time provided will result in the immediate dismissal of this action without further warning or opportunity to show cause. If Mr. Boyd attempts to show cause, he must address the Court's contention above that his commission of a separate crime renders the disciplinary conviction moot under Scott.
