Filing 9 ORDER - Plaintiff Riley Closson's motion to proceed in forma pauperis was granted, and she was provided through May 20, 2021, to pay her initial partial filing fee of $9.27. Dkts. #5 , #8 . That date has passed without Ms. Closson paying the fee or explaining her inability to do so. Ms. Closson shall have through June 17, 2021, to pay the initial partial filing fee. Filing 8 ORDER granted in part and denied in part #7 Motion for extension of time to file "the paperwork requested" and the appointment of a public defender. Ms. Closson filed an amended complaint on April 26, 2021. Dkt. #6 . Thus, the Court does not need additional "paperwork." Plaintiff shall have through May 20, 2021, to pay that amount to the clerk of the district court. The motion for the appointment of counsel is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff may renew her motion for assistance with recruiting counsel by filling out the form motion that the Court will send to her along with his copy of this Order.
