Filing 5 ORDER - GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, DISMISSING COMPLAINT, AND PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY TO AMEND; The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is granted to the extent that the plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Twenty-Seven Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($27.62). See 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1). The plaintiff shall have through May 24, 2021, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. The plaintiff's claim against IDOC is dismissed for failure to state a claim because the complaint makes no allegation that he was harmed by the removal of his medication apart from the loss of good time credit which cannot support a civil rights claim. The plaintiff's complaint must be dismissed for each of the reasons set forth above. The plaintiff shall have through May 24, 2021, in which to show cause why Judgment consistent with this Order should not issue or to file an amended complaint that remedies the deficiencies noted in this Order.
