CLOSED TRANSFER. ORDER TRANSFERRING ACTION TO THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF INDIANA -Petitioner Anthony Parish filed a petition for habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2254. Mr. Parish is confined in Miami County Correctional Facility, located in Miami County, Indiana, and is challenging a state conviction out of Allen County, Indiana. Because both Miami County and Allen County sit in the Northern District of Indiana, see 28 U.S.C. 94(a)(1) (2), that District is the only proper venue for the action based on the allegations in his petition. 28 U.S.C. 2241(d).
