ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING SERVICE OF PROCESS. Mr. Cheek's Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, #6 , is GRANTED. Mr. Cheek's claims SHALL PROCEED. Because the plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(c)(3) requires the Court to order service for the plaintiff.
