ENTRY DISMISSING ACTION AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - On June 29, 2021, the Court denied pro se Plaintiff Dennis R. Boicourt's Prisoner Request to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying the Full Filing Fee and gave Plaintiff through July 30, 2021, to pay the filing fee to the Clerk of the Court (Dkt. #4 ). The Court determined that Plaintiff's trust account showed he had sufficient funds to pay the filing fee. Plaintiff was informed that his failure to pay the filing fee by the deadline "[m]ay result in the dismissal of the action for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with Court orders." On August 5, 2021, Plaintiff again filed a copy of his institution trust account, but that filing still shows a balance of sufficient funds to pay the filing fee. (Dkt. #6 ). The deadline to pay the filing fee and amend the Complaint has passed, and Plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee or amend his Complaint. Therefore, this action is dismissed.
