ENTRY GRANTING REQUEST TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAPUPERIS AND SCREENING COMPLAINT - Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis #2 is GRANTED. Plaintiff alleges that both he and Randy Clarkson are citizens of Indiana. As both he and one of the defendants are citizens of the same state, the court lacks diversity jurisdiction.
