Filing 10 Order Screening the Complaint and Directing Service of Process - Mr. Hampton's Eighth Amendment claims shall proceed against Geo Corp. and against Ms. Torres and Ms. Jones in their individual and official capacities. All other claims are dismissed. This Order includes all viable claims identified by the Court. If Mr. Hampton believes his complaint contains additional viable claims, he may file a notice identifying those claims by September 10, 2021. The clerk is directed to change "Geo Corp." to "GEO Group, Inc." as a defendant on the docket. The clerk is directed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 (c)(3) to issue process to defendants GEO Group, Inc., Ms. Torres, and Ms. Jones in the manner specified by Rule 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint, dkt. #1 , applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of service of Summons), and this Order. Mr. Hampton's motion to reconsider and accept the complaint, dkt. #8 , is denied as moot. See dkt. #7 (Order rescinding notice of incomplete complaint). Mr. Hampton has filed a motion for a preliminary injunction. The defendants shall file a response to this motion when they answer the complaint. Filing 9 Order Granting Leave to File Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis - Mr. Hampton still needs to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis and submit a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement for the six-month period preceding the filing of his complaint. He has through September 10, 2021, to file these documents. The failure to meet this deadline may result in the dismissal of the action without further warning or ability to show cause. The clerk is directed to send Mr. Hampton a copy of the Court's motion to proceed in forma pauperis form. He must use this form if he files a motion to proceed in forma pauperis. SEE ORDER.
