ORDER - Plaintiff Demieli Wright, by and through his undersigned counsel, advises the Court that he has reached a settlement agreement in principle with Defendant Fungi Perfecti LLC, and the parties anticipate filing settlement documents and a notice of dismissal within thirty (30) days. (Dkt. #6 ). Defendant has not yet answered or appeared. Plaintiff is directed to finalize the agreement to resolve these claims, and to file the appropriate dismissal papers with the Clerk of Court on or before October 4, 2021.
