Filing 11 ENTRY ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO DELAY SCREENING - Plaintiff Kenneth Allen, an Indiana Department of Correction inmate, filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 on July 30, 2021. Dkt. #2 . Mr. Allen has now paid the full filing fee for this action. Dkt. 9 . On August 24, 2021, Mr. Allen filed a motion to delay the Court's screening of his complaint until after October 25, 2021, because he intends to file an amended complaint. Dkt. 6. Mr. Allen states that his original complaint is "incomplete" and "unfinished." Id.The Court construes Mr. Allen's motion as seeking additional time to file an amended complaint in this action. Accordingly, Mr. Allen's motion, dkt. [ #6 ], is granted such that he shall have through October 29, 2021 to file his amended complaint. See Order for additional information.
