Filing 8 FINAL ORDER TO PAY FILING FEE OR MOVE FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS - On August 26, 2021, the court ordered Brandon Mocbkee to either pay the $402.00 filing fee or move for leave to proceed in forma pauperis by no later than September 23, 2021. [Dkt. #5 ]. He has not done either, and the deadline has passed. The court grants Mr. Mockbee through October 29, 2021, to either comply with the court's previous order or explain why doing so is impossible. If he fails to do so in the time provided, the court will dismiss this action without further warning or opportunity to show cause. The clerk is directed to include a copy of dkt. #5 with Mr. Mockbee's copy of this order. Mr. Mockbee's motion to object to sanctions, dkt. [ #6 ], is granted insofar as the clerk is directed to include a copy of the public docket sheet with Mr. Mockbee's copy of this order. The motion is denied in all other respects. Copies to Plaintiff via US Mail Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore on 10/1/2021. (SWM) |

Because the only identifiable claims in the amended complaint arise out of separate incidents, the Court directs that they be severed and proceed in separate actions.
