Filing 6 CLOSED DISMISSED - ORDER: Plaintiff Cory A. Rowser filed a complaint in this Court on September 7, 2021. Rowser v. Wexford Health Care Servs. Henry Cty., 1:21-cv-02400-RLY-DML. The Court directed him to submit a copy of his prisoner trust account statement so the Court could rule on his pending motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Id., dkt. 5. Mr. Rowser mailed the trust account statement and a new in forma pauperis motion to the Court, but he also mailed another copy of his complaint. Dkt. 1; dkt. 2. The complaint in this case is identical to that in case 1:21-cv-02400-RLY-DML, except the one in this case is more legible.
