"The stricture against anonymous pleadings in Rule 11 helps ensure that non-parties do not impact the course of litigation and creates a layer of accountability necessary to protect all the parties and the resources of the court." TCYK, LLC v. Does 138, No. 13-CV-554, 2013 WL 4434451, at *2 (E.D. Wis. Aug. 16, 2013). That is to say, Rule 11's signature requirement is designed to prevent exactly what happened here.
