ORDER - Pro se Plaintiff James Martin has filed yet another Complaint Dkt. #1 in this Court without prepaying the filing fee. Since 2015, Plaintiff has filed seventeen lawsuits in this district - thirteen of which he filed this year alone. Plaintiff's motion to dismiss without prejudice Dkt. #5 is GRANTED. However, before refiling any subsequent Complaint based on the claims now being dismissed, Plaintiff must seek leave of Court to attempt to determine whether the claims are repetitive, duplicative or otherwise redundant of previously dismissed cases. Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis Dkt. #2 is DENIED as moot. The Clerk is directed to enter a judgment consistent with this Entry of dismissal without prejudice. *** SEE ORDER ***.
