December 6, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF TO SUBMIT TRANSACTION HISTORY REPORT - Plaintiff Jacob Cody Brier brought this action and moved for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court directed him to submit a copy of the transaction history associated with his prison trust account for the 6-month period ending on October 25, 2021, as required by statute. Dkt. 5; 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). Mr. Brier has failed to submit the 6-month transaction report by November 30, 2021, as directed. But the Court will give him one more chance. Mr. Brier shall have through January 6, 2022, to submit a copy of the transactions associated with his prison trust account from April 25 to October 25, 2021.
