ENTRY - Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, (Filing No. #3 ), is GRANTED in part. While in forma pauperis status allows a plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the filing fee, the plaintiff remains liable for the full fees. The filing fee for in forma pauperis litigants is $350.00. In her motion, plaintiff lists significant spousal income that demonstrates the ability to pay the filing fee. However, the present ability to pay the fees is compromised by significant monthly expenses and debt resulting in bankruptcy. Accordingly, the $50.00 administrative fee is waived. Plaintiff must pay the filing fee totaling $350.00, but may make installment payments with a minimum monthly payment of $50.00, due the 1st of each month, beginning with the first payment due on December 1, 2021. Plaintiff shall make payment(s) until the full amount is satisfied. Failure to pay the total fee or to make timely minimum payment(s) may result in the case being dismissed.
