| Filing 8 ENTRY REGARDING NOTICE TO THE COURT AND VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL - Plaintiff Lionel Gibson filed this action on October 27, 2021, and the Court transferred the case to the Northern District of Indiana because the events occurred at Miami Correctional Facility, which is located in that district. Dkt. #5 . The Northern District received the case and assigned it case number 3:21-cv-00851. Mr. Gibson subsequently filed a notice to the Court and Voluntary Dismissal, saying his complaint was erroneously filed in this district. Dkt. #7 . He says the complaint has been correctly filed in the Northern District. The Court takes no action on Mr. Gibson's notice because the case has already been transferred and closed. Mr. Gibson should file any further motions regarding this case in the Northern District of Indiana under case number 3:21-cv-00851. Copies sent pursuant to distribution list.
