December 1, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER DENYING #2 MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS AND DIRECTING PAYMENT FILING FEE - Pro se Plaintiff James Martin has filed yet another Complaint (Dkt. #1 ) in this Court without prepaying the filing fee. Since 2015, Plaintiff has filed seventeen lawsuits here - thirteen of which he filed this year alone. Plaintiff has also filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). (Dkt. #2 ). In his other litigation here, Plaintiff has amassed over $5,000 in unpaid filing fees. Given Plaintiff's own statements (made under the penalty of perjury or required to be factually accurate by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11), the Court has no choice but to conclude that his "allegation of poverty is untrue." His Motion to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs [Dkt. #2 ] is DENIED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the full filing fee within 21 days from the date of this order or his case will be dismissed. Copy sent pursuant to distribution list.
