January 25, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER DENYING #8 PLAINTIFF'S PREMATURE MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. #8 ). Plaintiff has requested the Court enter default judgment against Defendants Sur La Table, Inc. and Marquee Brands, LLC. Plaintiff did not first obtain a clerk's entry of default, instead, she prematurely moved the court for a default judgment. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment (Dkt. #8 ) is DENIED.
