ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - On January 25, 2022, the parties notified the Court that a settlement had been reached in this matter. The parties were ordered to file to file a stipulation of dismissal or motion to dismiss on or before February 23, 2022 (Dkt. #8 ). As of today's date, a stipulation of dismissal has not been filed, nor have the parties requested an extension of time. The parties are ordered to file a response to this Order to Show Cause or the stipulation of dismissal on or before March 24, 2022. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this matter. Any pending motion is denied as moot.
