Filing 13 ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO PROCEED - Plaintiff Timothy Hoover, an Indiana Department of Correction inmate, filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983 on January 28, 2022. Dkt. 1. On February 8, 2022, the Court issued its Notice of Deficiency permitting Mr. Hoover through March 8, 2022, to pay the $402.00 filing fee for this action or to demonstrate his inability to do so. Dkt. 7. On March 7, 2022, Mr. Hoover timely paid the full filing fee for this action. See dkt. 11 (payment receipt). Accordingly, Mr. Hoover's motion to proceed, dkt. [ #12 ], is granted to the extent that the Court confirms receipt of his payment of the $402.00 filing fee. The clerk is directed to send Mr. Hoover a blank form motion for assistance with recruiting counsel, along with his copy of this Order. Upon resolution of the filing fee or determination of Mr. Hoover's in forma pauperis status, the Court will then screen the complaint in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b) (SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
