ORDER STRIKING COMPLAINT AND DISMISSING ACTION WITHOUT PREJUDICE - Michael Merriweather ("Mr. Merriweather"), an inmate at Miami Correctional Facility, has filed an unsigned 42 U.S.C. 1983 complaint in this Court alleging that other inmates have threatened his life. Mr. Merriweather's complaint, dkt. #1 , is therefore STRICKEN, and this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. The clerk is directed to include a blank prisoner complaint form and motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis--both for the Northern District of Indiana--with Mr. Merriweather's copy of this Order.
