Filing 8 ORDER ON IN FORMA PAUPERIS STATUS - Leon Jennings's motion to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED as presented. Dkt. #7 . Mr. Jennings previous motion, dkt. 3, was denied because the trust account records he provided did not cover the entire six-month period prior to the filing of this complaint as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(2). The "Offender Activity Report" Mr. Jennings attached does not include his account activity after January 20, 2022. Dkt. 7-1 at 20. Mr. Jennings shall have until May 31, 2022 in which renew his motion to proceed in forma pauperis with an updated copy of his trust account statement. The motion must include records that cover the entire six-month period before he filed this action on April 4, 2022. Otherwise, he must pay the $402.00 filing fee.
