ORDER granting #6 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. While the motion is granted, Mr. Klock's recent submissions have not otherwise cured the deficiencies noted in the Court's May 11, 2022, show cause order. Dkt. 5. That order informed Mr. Klock that this Court was not able to determine whether it has subject matter jurisdiction over this case and gave him until June 7, 2022, to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to file a copy of the state court record that complies with Local Rule 81-2 and lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Mr. Klock shall have until July 5, 2022, to comply with L. R. 81-2. Failure to respond will result in this suit being remanded without further notice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
