ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AS DUPLICATIVE AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - On June 3, 2022, Ginger Cox filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the Northern District of Indiana. That case was transferred to this Court on June 6, 2022, and assigned case number 1:22-cv-1143-JMS-TAB. On the same day, Ms. Cox filed another petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the Northern District of Indiana. That case was also transferred to this Court on June 6, 2022, and assigned case number 1:22-cv-1148-TWP-DML. The allegations in the second petition are essentially identical to those in the first petition. Accordingly, this action is dismissed without prejudice as duplicative of the 1143 case.
