CLOSED DISMISSED/ORDER DISMISSING HABEAS PETITION - Petitioner Charles Holbrook seeks to challenge his 2010 Michigan conviction for the tenth time in this Court. Dkt. #1 . On account of his repeated frivolous filings, on January 29, 2021, this Court sanctioned Mr. Holbrook and advised him that any collateral attack on this conviction would be returned unfiled. See Holbrook v. Michigan, Case No. 1-20-cv-03258-JMS-TAB, dkt. 14. Mr. Holbrook is restricted from filing challenges to his present incarceration in Michigan state prison in this Court. Accordingly, the clerk is directed to void any file stamp from this Court on the petition, return it to petitioner as unfiled, and close the action on the docket.
