CLOSED TRANSFER to SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF OHIO, WESTERN DIVISION AT DAYTON - Plaintiff Warren Easterling filed a complaint alleging that his due process rights were violated when he was unlawfully arrested and prosecuted for attempting to file a lawsuit at the United States Courthouse in Dayton, Ohio. Dkt. 1 at 5. Mr. Easterling's complaint names three defendants, all of which reside in Dayton, Ohio. Id. at 3-4. Mr. Easterling was ordered to show cause by August 24, 2022, why this case should not be transferred to the Southern District of Ohio. Dkt. 18. That deadline has passed without a response from Mr. Easterling. Based on the foregoing, this action is transferred to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton. The pending motions in this case remain pending for disposition by the Southern District of Ohio. The clerk is directed to terminate the pending motions on this docket.
