Filing 10 ORDER ON PENDING MOTIONS - Mr. Snyder's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is denied as presented. The Court therefore orders the Hancock County Sheriff or his designee to provide the Court a certified copy of Mr. Snyder's trust account statement for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on July 11, 2022. The Sheriff or his designee will do so no later than September 20, 2022. The trust account statement should be submitted to the Clerk of the Court and should reference case number 1:22-cv-01378-JMS-DLP. The Court will reconsider Mr. Snyder's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis upon receipt of his trust account statement. Mr. Snyder's motion to compel, dkt. #8 , is denied as premature. The Court will issue orders regarding discovery of documents and evidence after the filing fee is resolved, the complaint is screened, and the defendants have answered the complaint. SEE ORDER.
