CLOSED DISMISSED/ORDER TRANSFERRING ACTION TO NEW ALBANY DIVISION - On July 13, 2022, Defendant Prime Comms Retail, LLC filed a Notice of Removal and removed this civil action to federal court from the Lawrence County Circuit Court (Filing No. 1). The caption of the Defendant's Notice of Removal and other filings notes the New Albany Division; however, the case was docketed in the Indianapolis Division with an Indianapolis case number. The Lawrence County Circuit Court is within the New Albany Division. This action was incorrectly docketed in the Indianapolis Division. Therefore, the Clerk is directed to transfer this matter to the New Albany Division, reassign a new case number for the New Albany Division, and randomly reassign the case to a new district judge and magistrate judge.
