Filing 11 ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL - Plaintiff Timothy Wayne Maynard's motion to compel, dkt. [ #10 ], is DENIED for the same reasons set forth in the Court's Order of August 10, 2022. See dkt. 9. Mr. Maynard is instructed to stop filing premature discovery motions. Before this action can proceed, Mr. Maynard's complaint must be screened pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A. Once the complaint has been screened and the defendants have appeared in this matter, Mr. Maynard will then be able to serve his discovery requests on counsel for the defendants. He may serve these discovery requests on the defendants only after the court has entered a scheduling order governing the discovery phase of this case. Copy to Plaintiff via US Mail.
