CLOSED JUDGMENT/Final Judgment - Pursuant to the Order also issued this day, the Court vacates the order issued on June 14, 2022, by the Delaware Circuit Court, Case No. 18C05-2009- CT-000089, and quashes the subpoena issued from that court by counsel, Renee L. Scott-Mitchell, seeking to subpoena certain information from the IRS. The Court, having granted that relief, retains no further jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. 1442. ORDER granting #3 Motion to Quash; granting #3 MOTION to Quash Subpoena Duces Tecum MOTION to Vacate State Court Order. The Court notes with approval that the IRS has communicated with Columbia's counsel to help them with the applicable regulations and processes for obtaining IRS records in non-IRS matters. (Br.
