ORDER DENYING #2 MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS WITHOUT PREJUDICE - Plaintiff Patrick Doyle filed a civil rights complaint on August 29, 2022. Dkt. #1 . He has filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Dkt. #2 . Mr. Doyle included a trust account statement, but it only included transactions from June 2019 through December 2021. Thus, the Court does not have sufficient information about Mr. Doyle's current financial status to determine if he qualifies. His motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , is therefore DENIED without prejudice. Mr. Doyle has through September 30, 2022, to renew the motion by submitting a copy of his trust account statement with transactions from February 28, 2022, through August 29, 2022, or he may pay the $402.00 filing fee. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in dismissal of this action. The clerk is DIRECTED to include a "Prisoner Request to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying the Full Filing Fee" form with Mr. Doyle's copy of this Order. (See Order).
