October 3, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER DIRECTING PLAINTIFF'S CUSTODIAN TO PRODUCE CERTIFIED COPY OF PLAINTIFF'S SIX-MONTH TRUST ACCOUNT STATEMENT - This matter comes before the Court on pro se Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Dkt. #2 ), which explains that Bartholomew County Jail will not provide a copy of the inmate trust account to the Plaintiff without a court order. Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS Plaintiff's custodian at Bartholomew County Jail to provide Plaintiff with a certified copy of his trust account statement or its institutional equivalent for the six-month period preceding the filing of this action on September 12, 2022, and to do so no later than Friday, October 21, 2022. Plaintiff shall then have until Friday, November 11, 2022, to respond to the Notice of Deficiency (Dkt. #6 ).
