September 21, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - On September 10, 2022, Jaquell Dixon mailed a document titled "Verified Affidavit: Notice to Principle Is Notice to Agent Notice to Agent Is Notice to Principle" challenging his August 22, 2022, conviction in a Marion County, Indiana, court.
