October 21, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 13 ORDER DISMISSING ACTION AND DIRECTING ENGRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - Plaintiff Michale Coleman, who is confined at the Bartholomew County Jail, alleges in this lawsuit that Bartholomew County Sheriff Matthew Myers has violated his rights under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Person Act by allowing only Christian worship in the Jail and holding events for Christian inmates offering pizza, snacks, and soft drinks to Christians. These claims are the same claims alleged in Coleman v. Myers, 1:22-cv-1912-JMS-TAB. This civil action is identical in all material respects to Coleman v. Myers, 1:22-cv-1912-JMS-TAB.
