Order Screening Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings: Mr. Harris' second motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #7 , construed as a motion to reconsider the assessment of an initial partial filing fee, is granted. The Court has screened Mr. Harris' complaint. An Eighth Amendment excessive force claim shall proceed against Officer Sommer, and an Eighth Amendment failure to protect claim shall proceed against Officers Koenig and Manson.
