ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (Disciplinary) - Order to Show Cause - Discipline Case Robert Hester's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges his disciplinary conviction in NCF21-10-0063. The petitioner shall have through December 12, 2022, in which to submit his trust account statement for the six months preceding the filing of this action on October 31, 2022, in support of his motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted.
