Filing 16 ORDER Resetting Deadlines - Plaintiff Bradley Grote brought this action based on his medical treatment at the Marion County Jail and Johnson County Jail. The Court screened and dismissed his complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Dkt. 12. The Court also denied him leave to proceed in forma pauperis because he had failed to submit a current copy of his jail trust account at the time he brought this action. Dkt. 13. Mr. Grote had through January 30, 2023, to renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and file a viable amended complaint. Dkt. 12; dkt. 13. However, he was transferred to the Hendricks County Jail and did not receive copies of the relevant orders mailed by the Court. Accordingly, Mr. Grote shall have through February 28, 2023, to (1) renew his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and attach a copy of his jail trust account including all transactions since his admission to the Hendricks County Jail and (2) file a viable amended complaint. Failure to meet this deadline will result in dismissal of this action without further notice or opportunity to show cause. The clerk is directed to include a copy of the docket sheet for this action and the Court's Orders dated January 6, 2023, with exhibits, dkt. #12 ; dkt. [12-1]; dkt. [12-2]; dkt. #13 ; dkt.
