ORDER DIRECTING FURTHER PROCEEDINGS - On January 6, 2023, the Court ordered the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee of $2.20 by February 6, 2023. Dkt. 7. That deadline has passed, and the plaintiff has failed to do so or otherwise respond. Therefore, the plaintiff shall have through March 8, 2023, to pay the initial partial filing fee or explain why doing so is not possible. The plaintiff shall have through February 6, 2023, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court.
