Filing 8 ENTRY ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTIONS - Montez D. Tyler, an inmate at Hendricks County Jail, brings this lawsuit alleging violations of his civil rights. He has been ordered to pay the $402.00 filing fee or to file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis by February 6, 2023. Dkt. 5. Mr. Tyler has two pending motions. The first is a motion to issue summons to the defendants. This motion, dkt. [ #6 ], is denied as premature. After the filing fee is resolved, the Court will screen the complaint for viable claims and direct service on the remaining defendants. See 28 U.S.C. 1915A. The second motion requests templates for filings in civil actions and a file-stamped copy of the complaint. This motion, dkt.
