ENTRY GRANTING MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS, SCREENING COMPLAINT, AND DIRECTING SERVICE - This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Dkt. #4 ) and for screening. Plaintiff's pro se Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Dkt. #4 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to temporarily restrict the Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis (Dkt. #4 ) to case participants only. Because Plaintiff is proceeding in forma pauperis, Fed. Rule of Civil Proc. 4(c)(3) requires the Court to order service for Plaintiff. Accordingly, the Clerk is designated pursuant to Rule 4(c)(3) to issue process to Defendant Kathy Adams Riester in the manner specified by Rule 4(d).
