ORDER - The Court makes the following rulings: 1. Mr. Napier's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis, #7 , is GRANTED; 2. Pursuant to the Younger abstention doctrine, this action is STAYED pending the resolution of Case No. 89D02-2301-F5-000002 in the Wayne Superior Court and any related appellate proceedings; and 3. The Clerk is DIRECTED to ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSE this matter. If he wishes to reopen this case, Mr. Napier must file a motion to reopen this case within 60 days after the final disposition of Case No. 89D02-2301-F5-000002 and any related appeal. (See Order.)
