ORDER DIRECTING PETITIONER TO SHOW CAUSE - Robert Plato has filed a habeas petition under 2254 challenging his conviction for intimidation under Indiana Cause No. 48C03-1907-F6-1715. Mr. Plato has through March 15, 2023, to SHOW CAUSE why his petition should not be dismissed without prejudice because he has not exhausted his state court remedies. Mr. Plato's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, dkt. #2 , and motion for modification of custody status, dkt. #4 , are DENIED. Mr. Plato has through March 15, 2023, to pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit a copy of his trust account demonstrating he lacks the funds to pay it. Copies sent pursuant to distribution list.
