While in forma pauperis status allows the plaintiff to proceed without pre-payment of the filing fee, the plaintiff remains liable for the full fees. Green's claims for violations of her First andFourteenth Amendment Rights are DISMISSED with prejudice. Her claim for agediscrimination in violation of 29 U.S.C. 623 is also DISMISSED with prejudice.Finally, her claim for employment discrimination on the basis of race is DISMISSED without prejudice because she may refile that claim once she has complied with the statutory requirements.
